Privacy

Last updated October 26, 2026

Venn is built to know as little about you as possible. There are no accounts, no cookies, no ads and nothing that follows you around. This page explains exactly what is stored.

What we store

What we don't collect

Anonymous usage counts

To learn what to improve, Venn counts how it's used, one number per day: for example, how many polls were created to vote on dinner times, or how many people answered a poll. Nothing about you or your poll is stored with those numbers: no names, titles, links, emails, IP addresses or device details, and nothing that connects one count to another. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, nothing is counted.

Your browser saves which polls you organized or answered (in local storage on your device) so you can come back to them. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

Who processes data

We never sell or share poll data with anyone else.

How long we keep it, and how to delete it

Polls are kept until the organizer deletes them. The organizer can delete the whole poll or anyone's response. Anyone can remove their own response. Every notification email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
