Venn is a free tool for finding a date that works for a group. By using it, with or without an account, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use Venn.
Using Venn
- Making and answering polls is free and needs no account.
- Anyone with a poll's link can see it and answer it. Anyone with its organizer link can change it, pick the date and delete it. Keep organizer links to yourself.
- You're responsible for what you put in a poll or an answer, and for having the right to share it, including other people's names and emails.
Accounts
- An account is optional. It keeps the polls you make and answer, and your brand templates, together on any device.
- You can sign in with Google or with your email. Keep your sign-in details safe; you're responsible for what's done with your account.
- You can delete your account at any time on My polls. Your polls stay, with their links, until their organizer deletes them.
What's not allowed
- Anything illegal, hateful, harassing, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Spam, phishing, malware, or using Venn's emails to reach people who didn't ask to hear from you.
- Impersonating a person or organization, including with a brand template you have no right to use.
- Trying to break, overload or get around the limits of the service, or to reach data that isn't yours.
We may remove polls, templates or accounts that break these rules, without notice.
Your content
What you write and upload stays yours. You let Venn store it and show it to the people you share it with, only so the service works.
No guarantees
Venn is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep it running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes, so double-check anything important (like the date you picked). As far as the law allows, Venn isn't liable for any indirect or consequential loss from using it.
Changes
We may change Venn or these terms. When the terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Using Venn after that means you accept the new terms.
